Three Styles to Explore
Capoeira Angola: The traditional "root" style. It’s a slower, strategic game that focuses on deep technique and cleverness.
Capoeira Banguela: is a medium paced and more rhythmic style of play characterized by smooth, fluid movements that emphasize strategy and dialogue between the two players rather than high-speed confrontation.
Capoeira Regional: Created in the 1930s, this style is high-energy! It features faster beats, flashy kicks, and breathtaking gymnastics.
